At Mahitechmate, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our digital marketing services, they may request a refund within 7 days of the service purchase. To request a refund, the client must submit a written request on mail , including their name, the service they are requesting a refund for, and the reason for the refund.

Refunds will only be issued if the client has provided a valid reason for their dissatisfaction, and our team determines that the service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards. If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy:

Our refund policy does not cover the following situations:

• Services that have been completed and delivered to the client in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.
• Services that have been partially completed, and the client is satisfied with the work that has been completed.
